This was my build when i was lvl 100.

Before you reset, you would need to get your gear and ac up so you dont waste any points. Get elites, if you cant elites i suggest you run pure revenge +10 or +12 or maybe breath of black dragon +7

You dont need sword mastery because its a waste of skill points and it only boost up your damage when you auto attack.

You can also get death divide or ebon blade because they run well with the combo. do not get arcane blade it is a waste of points and is horrible in pvp.

Fear is a good way to kill elementalist. They wont be able to re cast magic shield for 7 second(enough time to break it and kill )

lvl 10 assault only has a 32% to burn so i think it would be a waste of 9 skill pts just for 32%
i burn alot of ppl with just lvl 1 assault and i still do goo dmg with lvl 1

for both crit buff so i can use those points

i decide to get lvl 1 dragon gale because its good for gvg and pvp since the effect is good. Its aoe and it petrification which makes the victim not able to move, attack or use pots so its really good in PvP and GvG .

charge attack would do massive damage already because of armor breaker,divine emblem,and eye

i dont plan to go agi build
since the elite rings are out
which gives you 50% crit and 50% skil damage with the set bonus

also I would have 7 skill points left so i can invest 1 in dragon and get lvl 6 dragon ray or invest the 7 pts in mark of recovery

or i might take up lvl 1 sonic blade to use on zerks so i can kite them more

Dk's are a support based warrior class, Mark of chance isn't for ones own benefit, there are classes such as berserkers and elementalists that will benefit from the increased critical chance.
